Having one of your parents working abroad is never easy. Thank goodness to the modern technology that we can stay connected with them. Like in my case, my dad works abroad and although he is miles away from us, communication with him is still possible. With just a simple phone call away, we are able to talk to my dad and update him with what’s happening with us and vice versa.
I miss my dad so much, him being away from us for about a year now. But just recently,the last time that we talked to him, he said that he scheduled his vacation from work in a few months, so the whole family is so excited to be reunited with him. It is just a very short vacation so we will make sure that we will make the most out of it.

My boyfriend is the sweetest and the most thoughtful. His gift for me for our third anniversary are Custom T-shirts for the both of us. He made it personally for me and for him as well. I know that he has been working on this for two weeks, spent sleepless nights doing the Screen printing, the T-shirt printing and all that. When he gave it to me during our dinner date, I was so glad to accept it and told him that I really appreciate it very much. He really has a talent on this. I know that before, he joined a contest related to this. It’s a sort of Design T-shirts Online and he won a prize – although he didn’t grab the grand prize.
I’m so happy with his gift for me – not an expensive thing but I know that it came from his heart because he personally did it. I hope and pray that we will be spending so many years together for the rest of our lives.

Proper skin care is very essential and very important especially for us girls, it reflects our personality. That’s why I make sure that I’m using the best skin care products there is in the market. When I was high school, at that very young age, I use a lot of products for my skin. That’s what my mom and my aunt used to tell me.
As a girl, I have to feel good to look good. So wearing make-up do the basics. I particularly use mascara for my eyelashes to accentuate my eyes, because a lot of people tell me that my eyes are my best asset. I also wear red lips to emphasize my full lips. Blush-on for my cheeks is also very important so as not to look pale. And lastly, eyebrow pencil to fill in and shape my brows, giving it a soft and natural look.
One more thing, we girls love pampering ourselves. After a long week of an exhausting and a stressful work, whole body spa and massage is a very rewarding treat for myself.

It’s weekend once again and that means I get to rest, plus I have a lot of time to spend with my family and friends. One of the things that me and my family love to do is to go out of town to unwind and travel away from the busy sounds of the city. But this weekend, my dad introduced us his newest hobby which is golf.
Ever since he got his membership in the whisper rock golf club, he visits there for like three or four times a week. This is what’s keeping him busy nowadays since he has already retired from work. I am not an athletic person so I did not enjoy it that much. But my brother loved it and promised himself to be back there next weekend.
This weekend is about to end and tomorrow will be another day. As usual, I enjoyed yet another fun-filled day with my family and I’m looking forward to another bonding moments with them next week.
