When you get into a live chat session you are being connected with an agent that has passed tests to be approved to give support. This person will have full access to website features like pages, accounts, databases, fourms, and the blog. This person should and will help you to the best of his or her knowledge. Note: The techs are always online, but not always there. If you do not get a responce, don't worry! The tech will record you e-mail address and send a followup message so he/her can help you. There is always a form to contact support, and we are adding new ways all the time. Some day we plan on getting set up with every known chat service so almost any user can contact us.

We currently have only four forms to contact us. We cannot afford a special phone number for support, so right now it is only the e-mail, forums, live Yahoo chat, and live MSN chat.. We recomend you use the e-mail address because it can get you an answer much faster. There are benifits of uising the forums, though. The forums open you to more people that can help you, which can mean the answer might come much faster.

Here at Agroome we pride ourselvs in making our content available to as many people as possible. To help make sure this content is viewable by everyone, we created a list of browsers that have been tested to work with the Agroome.com website. The list will continue to grow as time goes on, and we will do more and more advanced testing. We have done lots of testing with many browsers and with different operating systems.

Please note. Agroome uses Firefox as their browser of choice. We mainly test our website with Firefox, and it always works before we upload it. If you have any issues with the site displaying content pleaes download Firefox and view our site in that. If you do not want to download Firefox then please check to see if the browser and version you use are on this site under the "Full Support" catigory. If it is not on the "Full Support" list then please consider downloading one that is. These have all been tested and found to work with minor or no issues. The default browsers for Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux are all tested and found to work. Use those if you have to. If you have a browser that is listed under "Full Support" then please send a support request to support@agroome.com. On a second note, all browsers (supported and un-supported) have issues with the Flash objects. Sadly this is a problem we are unable to fix at the moment. Thank you, and enjoy our site.
